Because each person has different goals for therapy, it will vary depending on the individual. However, the process typically begins with an evaluation of your needs. By the end of our first meeting, we will offer some initial impressions of what our work should include and a treatment plan to follow. Most patients start off with weekly 45-minute sessions, but the frequency and duration of sessions can be altered based on mutual agreement.

We are currently in network with Aetna , United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, Cigna, BCBS, Tricare and ChampVA. We are also able to help you bill your insurance as out-of-network to utilize your out-of-network benefits. This means you pay all fees up front, we can submit claims on your behalf and your insurance company will reimburse you directly after you’ve met your deductible.

We offer both in-person and virtual sessions in Texas. We offer virtual sessions only in Oklahoma.

Yes, we offer 15-minute video consultations to get to know each other a bit and see if we would be able to work together.

We ask that all patients leave a card on file for any out of pocket fees that may occur. We accept all debit/credit cards as well as Health Savings Plan cards.

At this time we are able to see ages 15 years and older. If you have a child under the age of 15 we recommend Serenity Counseling Services here in Beeville, TX.

Once we have 5 participants on our Waitlist we can start a new group as well.

We know life happens so we allow 1 free late cancellation a calendar year but after that all late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged $75 and all no-shows are charged the full rate of the session scheduled.
