Your only limit is you.

Joshua Anderson, MS, LMFT

Joshua knows firsthand that life’s downtimes do not have to dictate your future. As a former Marine and Army National Guard Member, he knows that battlefields change, but the way to win stays the same.

Having served his country for more than two decades, been on two combat deployments, and worked in ministry while growing a family, Joshua gets it. This is why he is passionate about helping others in similar situations work through life’s traumas.

You may feel like you are at your lowest of lows and you just want to be alone, but the road to healing requires you to stay engaged with life. Let’s put in the work and get you re-engaged with life.
